JAMES TEPATTI, Broker - Owner of Andrews and Tepatti

Jamie moved to the Sandhills area to develop the Meadows In The Sandhills Equestrian community.  Jamie became a licensed realtor in North Carolina in 2005 and is now the broker/owner of Andrews and Tepatti, Inc. Jamie likes to be involved in helping clients buy and sell Moore County real estate whether it be lifestyle  homes or investment properties.

Jamie taught tennis for 20 years in both Florida and Kentucky. With the encouragement of his Tennis clientele Jamie was exposed to and started to play Polo. This is where his love of all things equestrian was fostered. Jamie traveled throughout the United States with his pony string playing in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Mexico, Texes, Wyoming, Colorado, Alabama, Louisana, Mississippi, California. Jamie loves spending time with his son Connor and is teaching him to play any sport that involves a ball. Jamie enjoys driving his miniature donkeys and even been known to dress as Shrek to entertain the children at local functions.

DONNA ANDREWS-TEPATTI; Broker - Owner of Andrews and Tepatti

 

Donna was a liscensed real estate agent in Virginia prior to becoming a licensed North Carolina realtor in July of 2006. Donna is better known for competing on the LPGA Golf Tour for over 16 years. She has six LPGA tournament championships including one major victory, the 1994 Nabisco Dinah Shore. Donna also served as president of the tour division in 2003 and 2004. Donna has been a resident of this community since 1990 and is using her knowledge of golf in this area to help her clients buy and sell golf properties. She can help answer any question you may have about the golf courses and golf communities in this area. Donna prides herself in being able to match her clients with the right golf properties to fit their lifestyle.

When playing golf "honest and integrity" are always a part of the game. Donna feels the same way about dealing with clients that are buying and selling real estate. As part owner of Andrews and Tepaati, Inc., we demand these same great qualities in all our agents. Donna and Jamie enjoy spending all their extra time with their son Connor. Born in June of 2006, Connor is learning and teaching us new things every day. They live on a farm in Southern Pines and enjoy spending time with the dogs, horses, and miniature donkeys. Donna continues to stay involved in golf by teaching in golf schools and doing private lessons at Pine Needles Resort.

HEATH TRIGG

 

Heath was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. As a teenager, Heath spent the summers in Pinehurst with his grandparents, Wintford and Ruby Williams. His love for the area would never fade and after graduation from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business, Heath returned to the area to pursue a career in building and real estate. He is the owner of a custom home building company/ specialized land clearing company Premier Properties of the Sandhills LLC and has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2006.
